With all of the planning (and purchasing!) that goes into having a wedding, is an album something you should add to that list? I've been there - I know. From a bride, and a photographer's POV, to be able to give you something to hold in your hands after the wedding day is over is absolutely worth the investment. So much of your precious time, energy and money has gone into planning this one day and I truly believe you should have something to show for it! In case technology fails, for when friends stop by, and for your children to grasp in their hands and see their parents on their wedding day. The album company I work with only accepts 100 photographers from around the world, so you know you are getting a one of a kind piece of art. I firmly believe we don't make photos for ourselves- we make them for people who don't exist yet.

While I love a shot that I have never seen before, in the moment and at the end of the day I always find I am more interested in catching the little nuances that are happening in the moments between the moments. I'm not afraid to try something new and I love getting creative, but I don't want it to interfere with the shot of you and your best friend cracking up over an inside joke, or your grandmother seeing you as a bride for the first time.

When we speak on our consultation call, we will chat through exactly what is important to you for your wedding day. From there we will work together to build a custom package or select the perfect package for you and before your wedding day, we will keep in touch and talk through every single detail allowing us to design a custom timeline specific to your day.

Relationships of all kinds are special and as a wedding photographer I firmly believe building a relationship with my couples before their wedding day is incredibly important. On your wedding day I love to look for those relationships (with your new spouse, your wedding party, your family and your friends) and capture them in my photos.

Over the past 10 years, I have had the chance to photograph hundreds of weddings. Each one so special and unique in its own way. Because of that, I have learned how to expertly capture every single wedding day in different lighting scenarios, locations and timelines allowing me to provide every single couple gorgeous photos of their one of a kind day.

For the most part, I prefer to capture honest moments that unfold organically. I am very relaxed and unobtrusive, some of the best feedback I hear from clients is "I didn't notice you were there most of the time!" I pride myself on providing my couples with natural, emotion-filled images that feel true to what actually happened rather than stiff and posed.

By no means am I or my husband a model (although my my husband may look like one...) Amy gave us just enough direction to flaunt our best features without looking posed or unnatural. You can tell photography is her passion because each photo has a purpose behind it. Even her photos of the invitations, rings, dresses and shoes had so much creativity to their styling and lighting. I could go on and on. This review just scratches the surface of how thankful we are. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. Thank you Amy, YOU ARE AMAZING!

It was clear she takes the time to get to know the couple, what they want and what styling best fits them. From the very start I had a clear understanding of not only the prices/packages and how she operates but also helping us figure out what we want in our pictures and what will look good on camera. I told her I didn't want the typical posed bridal photos, and even just by describing some ideas for shots, I immediately knew she got me. The photos blew us away.
