A foggy, moody wedding day like no other…
Elizabeth + Stephen tied the knot on a foggy May afternoon here in Connecticut. The couple opted out of a first look and saw each other for the first time as Elizabeth walked down the aisle for their religious ceremony at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church just minutes from their reception venue. After their ceremony, we headed over to Eolia Mansion for portraits while their guests enjoyed an intimate cocktail hour. Her bridesmaids were dressed in gray gowns from Birdy Grey and Stephen + his groomsmen wore black suits rented from The Black Tux. Elizabeth, of course, stood out in her stunning silk with a deep-v neckline and low back paired with a pearl embellished veil that stole the show (especially during those classic “veil pictures”). They started off their beautiful reception by toasting to their nuptials with an amazing champagne tower and their first dance as husband + wife! Halfway through the dance party, Elizabeth grabbed her customized “Mrs. Clout” denim jacket for some fun photos on the dance floor! What a beautiful day for Elizabeth + Stephen! So glad I could celebrate alongside you + your people!
