{Wright’s Mill Farm 4.5.25}
Ohhh, where do I even begin with Chelsea and Mike’s wedding day at Wright’s Mill Farm? It was one of those perfect early spring days where everything feels fresh and hopeful — basically the dream setting for two people who are head over heels in love.
As a Mystic wedding photographer who is obsessed with capturing those raw, emotion-filled moments that feel like art, I couldn’t have asked for a better day. From the emotional first looks to the carefree dance party at the end of the night, every second was pure magic — and honestly, it felt like shooting a vintage film in real life.
Their love story…
Chelsea and Mike’s story seriously gives me chills. They actually met as kids (how sweet is that?!) because their dads worked together. Life took them their separate ways for a bit, but fate wasn’t done with them yet — they reconnected as adults and started dating in late 2020. Fast forward three years later, Mike proposed during a getaway to Maine (one of their favorite spots). Picture this: they’re strolling down the sidewalk, Chelsea is chatting away (relatable 😂), and when she turns around — there he is, down on one knee. Total rom-com moment. Obsessed.
The wedding day…
Wright’s Mill Farm could not have been a more perfect backdrop for their day. It’s got that rustic charm while still feeling elegant and semi-formal — basically, it matched Chelsea and Mike’s vibe perfectly. The barn, the fields, the cozy little corners — every spot felt so full of life and love.
The day itself was filled with those moments you can’t script: tearful hugs, bursts of laughter, stolen kisses under the April sun. You could just feel how excited they were to finally be husband and wife. They had been counting down the days, dreaming about walking back down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. Misuraca! Their joy was contagious, and their dance floor? Absolutely next-level. (Shout out to Upbeat DJ for keeping the party alive all night!)
Some of my favorite little touches from the day:
- The florals by McKenna’s Flower Shop were a total springtime dream. The bouquets were romantic and slightly wild in the best way.
- Chelsea’s dress from The White Dress by the Shore was pure elegance. She looked like she stepped straight out of a fairytale. Also, Makeup by Mercedes McCoy Makeup Artistry absolutely KILLED the makeup and Chelsea was literally glowing.
- Along with being the perfect venue, Wright’s Mill Farm also handled the coordination, catering, and the cake — which, let me just say, was chef’s kiss.
Every single vendor came together to create a day that felt relaxed, beautiful, and so authentically them.
A love built to last…
Talking with Chelsea about what they’re looking forward to in marriage made my heart so full. They can’t wait to build a family, find some land, and have a house with a big front porch (plus horses and grandkids running around one day!). It’s so clear that their love is rooted in deep friendship and big dreams — the best kind of love, if you ask me.
Chelsea and Mike, it was truly such an honor to capture your day — the start of what is going to be such a beautiful life together. Here’s to forever 🥂
