Meg and Kyle’s Saltwater Farm Vineyard wedding was one of those early October days that couldn’t have been more perfect. Warm sunlight, a hint of crisp fall air, and that golden glow that makes everything feel cinematic. The vibe of the day was classic, modern, elegant, and a total celebration from start to finish.

I’ve photographed many weddings at Saltwater Farm Vineyard, but this one felt especially effortless. Meg and Kyle’s energy was calm and full of joy. You could tell from the second they saw each other that this was it.

How it all began

Meg and Kyle’s story started in April 2021 with a little Hinge magic. Their first date was in South Boston, back when COVID restrictions still meant they had exactly 90 minutes before they had to leave. Kyle told me it felt strange meeting someone new after so much time apart from people, but conversation with Meg was easy and natural. The time flew by.

There wasn’t one big “aha” moment for either of them. They both said it just felt right. No doubts or second guessing, just that quiet confidence that they had found their person.

The proposal

Fast forward to a trip to the Azores, where Kyle carried the ring around for days waiting for the perfect moment. He finally proposed during a sunset on the beach after a quick grocery stop for wine and cheese. The timing could not have been more perfect. Just as the sky turned pink, he asked Meg to marry him.

The wedding day

The entire day was such a beautiful reflection of who they are as a couple. The team from A Thyme to Cook made sure every detail ran seamlessly, from the ceremony to the party. Flowers by Justine created stunning florals that perfectly complemented the vineyard’s natural beauty.

Meg looked timeless in her gown from Vows Bridal, and Kyle looked sharp in Indochino. All Dolled Up created a soft, romantic beauty look that suited the day perfectly.

As the sun set over the vines, Meg and Kyle snuck away for golden hour portraits, and those images turned out to be some of my favorites from the day. Once the reception began, the real party started. Their band, Ripcord, had the dance floor packed all night, exactly how Meg had imagined it.

Looking ahead to forever

When I asked what they were most excited about, both said the same thing. They couldn’t wait to celebrate surrounded by their favorite people. Now that the day has come and gone, I think it’s safe to say they got exactly that and so much more.

These two are so excited to start a family, build traditions, and keep appreciating the little things in everyday life. It’s clear that this is just the beginning of a beautiful new chapter.
