Saltwater Farm Wedding {08.19.17}
OK Summer I was just kidding, I want you back. Specifically this gorgeous day in August that we spent together at the most stunning Saltwater Farm wedding of Laura + Matt.
I mean I’m pretty basic and I like pumpkins and all, but I love even more the way the summer light highlighted Laura’s beautiful blonde hair as she walked down the aisle to meet Matt.
The way the summer breeze lifted Laura’s mother’s veil that she was wearing when her and Matt were twirling in the vineyards. I like the fall colors, but I loved the bright, lush greens of the vineyards that complimented perfectly the gorgeous flora put together by Blue Lane Events. I’m ok with spiked hot chocolate but I would definitely rather be sipping on the “Laura’s Rosé Spritzer” Ivy’s Simply Homemade was shaking up made from Saltwater Farms own Rosé. Hanging inside by a fireplace is nice, but mingling with your guests al fresco is way nicer.
While summer might not be making an appearance for a little while, at least we still get to revel in the photos from the amazing day Laura and Matt became husband and wife. Laura was perhaps one of the chillest brides I have ever seen, and there was no lack of laughter on her wedding day. There was just the right amount of joy from those who were sharing in this special day and sentiment from those that were not able to be there. There was also just the right amount of dancing, as in once Power Posse turned up there was nothing except for dancing. My kinda party 😉
I felt so honored to be asked to share in this day for Laura + Matt, and I have posted some of my most favorite moments from the day below. Summer may have taken a lot of things with it, but there is one thing that I love that knows no season… donuts.
Right Sean?? 😉
