The beginning of their love story

Christina + Joe’s love story began at Archie Moore’s, an Irish bar in New Haven, back in 2016. Christina admits to not being interested for 6 months after they met even though he continued to pursue her, but finally, after seeing him at Oyster Fest with someone else, she knew she made the wrong decision!

After 3 years of dating, Joe decided it was time!! While the happy couple was shopping for their perfect Christmas tree, Joe dropped down on one knee and popped the question! Christina, of course, said “YES!!” and the rest is history 😉

In August 2020, the 3 of us met up at Napatree Point for their engagement photos. We had so much fun together sipping drinks under the most gorgeous golden sunlight. Their wedding day

This past June, it was FINALLY time for their big day!! They had expressed to me how important it was to them to have beautiful images so they chose to have 10 hours of coverage and a second photographer so I could be there from start to finish! Every moment of their day truly was beautiful! Christina + Joe both got ready surrounded by their closest friends, and a whole lot of sister in laws- Joe has a lot of siblings! and Christina truly looked like a QUEEN while getting into her stunning, fitted, floral Martina Liana wedding gown with the most intricate scalloped train!

Their ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all took place at The Hops Company which was the perfect backdrop for their summer wedding. Some of my favorite moments include: their first kiss as husband + wife (duh!!), all of the emotional dances at the reception, the heartfelt speeches by their wedding party and of course the awesome dance party! Oh and we can’t forget about all of the adorable littles who were there. Did I mention Joe has a lot of siblings?? So the flower girl tribe was huge, and sooo so cute!!

I’ll be forever thankful that this job allows me to party and celebrate alongside some incredible people on the happiest of days! Congrats on the start of forever Christina + Joe!!
