A wedding day a long time coming for Hillary + Lee…
Hillary + Lee’s story started with a not-so-great first date and led to this very special day on June 17, 2022 at the gorgeous StoneHurst at Hampton Valley. After meeting online, the two planned a fun first date of grabbing coffee and skating at a roller rink. Lee got there early to scope out the locations before Hillary arrived and found that BOTH places were closed permanently and that’s when things started going downhill, haha! They ended up grabbing pizza and cupcakes at a couple of places nearby before cutting the date short due to other plans. Even though it looked like a complete failure of a date, Hillary said they never went another day without speaking. She knew right then and there that he was the kind of person she needed in her life! 5 years later, on New Year’s Eve, Lee got down on a knee and asked Hillary to be his forever. It truly is a beautiful love story!
Finally, a year and a half after getting engaged, their big day arrived and it was completely magical! StoneHurst made for the most perfect location to host their celebration and every detail from start to finish was beautiful! With colorful, eccentric yet altogether classic details, their day was made up of unique moments and memories! Their outdoor wedding ceremony was so incredibly beautiful and heartfelt and filled with oh so many tears and their reception was so fun!
Hillary + Lee, you two truly are made for each other and your love story is only just beginning! I am so glad I could capture just a small piece of it! Here’s to a lifetime of love <3
