Napatree Point Engagement | Chelsey + Scott - wedding photographer in CT

Chelsey and Scott are two people with the most contagious smiles and personalities that make you just want to hang out with them! Their entire engagement session was filled with laughter and FUN! It took place at Napatree Point in Rhode Island so that they could include the ocean. They told me the ocean is where they’re the happiest, most comfortable and so they wanted to include it in their photos to make their session the most “them!” I just love that!!

Instead of sitting here and writing about how awesome each of them and their love story is, I want you to hear it from them. I think their story is pretty special! Here is what Scott had to say about how they met:

“We met at The Mews Tavern, which some would call a very classy restaurant and she was so smitten with my corny pickup lines that she started to stalk me to various RI bars. Then after multiple nights of seeing this smokin’ hot babe following me around, I (and extremely smoothly I’ll add) snuck my phone number into her phone, so she could ask me out *properly* the next night. This sounds about right from what I remember, Chels has a terrible memory, so she’ll prolly mess up the order of events.”

While that’s not exactly how Chelsey described it 😉 She said they did click instantly and wanted to be friends right off the bat!! If you’re still doubting just how FUN this couple is, you need to read from Chelsey how she knew he was THE ONE:

“He drove with me out to Colorado over the course of four days, each of which saw us falling deeper and deeper for each other. We were insane! Driving naked. Random pullovers for naked run arounds to switch drivers, hanging out the windows screaming lyrics to songs, sketchy motels and car snacks… One night we spent in Chicago with a girlfriend of mine. After a night partying we were drunk and rolling around on her living room floor when he looked at me and was like “I’m all in. Let’s do this.” It only took 6 weeks in Colorado before I realized that I HAD to go home, because if I lost this thing I had with Scotty, I would never forgive myself.”

How sweet and hilarious and adorable is that?! We had so much fun together during their Napatree Point Engagement Session with some hot and steamy moments (see the end!!!) and then some lighthearted and silly moments as well! The perfect combo for this one-of-a-kind pair!

So happy these two found their perfect match and I cannot wait to celebrate with them on their wedding day in August!
