A boho styled beach wedding on a sunny summer day…

Alexa was the world’s sweetest (+ most excited!!) bride and you could read it all over her face throughout her entire wedding day!! Chris + Alexa’s summer wedding at Newport Beach House was filled with neutral tones, with a touch of bohemian and whimsical details. It sure was one to remember!
Before their big day finally came, I had the privilege of working with these lovebirds for their engagement session at Napatree Point. See it here!
Alexa + Chris both had large parties standing next to them with 10 on either side and getting ready with the girls was so much FUN!! Alexa looked absolutely stunning in her crop pajamas alongside her girls as they sipped champagne and celebrated with adorable balloon photos! When it was time for their first look, Alexa couldn’t stop smiling and Chris’ reaction to seeing his soon-to-be wife as a BRIDE for the first time was the absolute sweetest!! Forty Steps in Newport was the perfect spot for the dramatic bride + groom portraits and they made my job so easy!
Their ceremony took place outside at their wedding venue in front of the bright blue water with gorgeous wicker vases filled to the brim with lush pampas grass! After they shared their first kiss as HUSBAND + WIFE (!!!!), we headed inside for their reception which was basically an epic dance party with so many fun moments!!
This day, multiple times, quickly went from beautiful/romantic/gorgeous to fun/crazy/having the absolute best time ever in seconds!! So happy I could be there to experience it all!! Congrats lovers, here’s to many more years of smiles and memories!
